One of the highlights of my gastronomic adventure was dining at "El Lagar" Restaurant. Here, I indulged in a succulent dish of oxtail in sherry, which left me craving for more. The contemporary twist on local dishes such as Iberian pork with thyme and roast hake with kale truly showcased the culinary innovation at this establishment. To kickstart my mornings on a healthy note, I frequented the El Tabanco Snack Bar for their freshly-prepared smoothies. The full range of nutritious ingredients and superfoods in these vibrant drinks provided the perfect boost for my day of exploring Jerez's wine route and flamenco bars.In the evenings, I found solace at Ricardo's Café, sipping on their selection of beverages while reminiscing about the day's adventures. The ambiance and attentive service added an extra layer of comfort to my dining experience, making it truly memorable.The vast selection at breakfast, from eggs prepared to order to freshly baked croissants and churros, ensured that I started my days on the right note.
